Description

We are seeking applications from candidates looking for short-term work in the CBD.  Ideally you will have experience managing motor claims however, we will consider applications from candidates with sales and service experience in the General Insurance industry.

For the right candidate permanent opportunities may be available (permanent residency essential) . 

We have multiple roles available so if you have experience in any aspect of claims management and you're looking for a new role, then please get in touch.  

The role(s):

  • First point of contact for claimants to lodge a Motor claim
  • Assessing eligibility of claims and determining liability
  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
  • Be empathetic towards and be understanding of the customer
  • Liaise with assessors, trades people, insurers and customers 

You will have:

  • Previous experience managing motor insurance claims
  • Sales or service experience in the General Insurance industry 
  • Excellent customer skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work-ethic
