Our Client is a GLOBAL Organisation and one of the most well know Contact Centres in Australia.

Working within a new state of the art contact centre, your key responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service whilst being an Ambassador our Clients Brands

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. Experience is not required for this role, as we will provide FULL Training. 

What we require you to have, is a strong customer service background and an enthusiastic nature.
You will need to have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Year 12 certificate, Diploma or Cert 3 or equivalent

Offering an immediate start, and working from North Ryde these roles offer a supportive and dynamic management team, easy accessibility to public transport, ongoing training and coaching, but most importantly the opportunity to be part of a truly customer focused centre. 

Once you have completed your initial class room training, you must be available to work a rotating roster of Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm.
