Our Client is seeking experienced customer service agents to join their team based in the CBD taking inbound escalation calls. You will be speaking with both consumers and business to uncover the issues of the escalation. 

You will be working beautiful offices with water views AND a fantastic team environment answering both inbound calls and web chat enquiries. 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous chat & phone based customer service experience
  • Experience taking escalation calls
  • A bubbly and helpful personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including multi screen navigation
