- $40ph + super | Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm | Hybrid Model after training

About The Role
We are searching for a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent customer service to their growing customer and client base, managing a wide variety of enquiries.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that people's first interaction with their service is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in their values. You’ll provide calm, person-centred support while navigating systems and processes with confidence.
You’ll listen to people and their reasons for reaching out and assess whether the advocacy service is the right fit for their needs.
Duties
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone, with empathy and efficiency.
- Assisting clients with qualifying for support.
- Admin duties, including amending customer details.
- Providing information about available resources.
- Occasionally making follow-up outbound calls.
Skills & Experience
- Strong communicators who connect effectively with people from all backgrounds.
- Digitally adept individuals with a sound knowledge of systems.
- Motivated learners committed to developing their expertise in the disability field.
- Dependable collaborators with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to control calls efficiently whilst maintaining empathy.
- Disability Support experience is preferred.
- Contact Centre experience is desired.
