About the Role 
As a General Labourer with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing and setting up materials. 
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. 
• Support skilled tradespeople by handling basic tasks and aiding where needed. 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. 
• Operate hand and power tools, following safety guidelines. 

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in a construction or similar labor-intensive role is a plus. 
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. 
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card 
• Full PPE needed
• Have your own transport and accommodation ideally.
• Availability to start ASAP
