Riggers - Sydney Metro Area

Harrison Barratt Group is a leading recruitment and staffing agency specialising in construction across NSW and nationwide. We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Riggers to join our client’s growing team, working across weekends in the Sydney Metro Area.

Your Day-to-Day May Include:

• Setting up and dismantling rigging equipment for lifts and construction projects
• Securing loads and directing crane operators during lifting operations
• Inspecting and maintaining rigging gear and equipment
• Working closely with site supervisors and team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Adhering to all WHS standards and site safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Rigger (Intermediate or Advanced ticket preferred)
• Valid Riggers Licence (RI or RA)
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• High-risk work licence
• Working at heights
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and load charts
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Reliable transport and a great work ethic

Highly Preferred:

• Experience working on commercial or infrastructure projects
• Additional tickets such as Dogman, Crane Operator, or Working at Heights
• Current Confined Space Entry ticket
• Availability for overtime or weekend shifts
• RIW Inducted
