Our Client is seeking experienced Tech Support agents to join their team based in the CBD.
You will be working beautiful offices with water views AND a fantastic team environment answering both inbound calls and web chat enquiries.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Understanding of Android & Windows based hardware & software
- Strong understanding of HTTP. TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is required
- Previous chat & phone based customer service experience
- A bubbly and helpful personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills including multi screen navigation
