Description

Due to the recent hailstorms in NSW we are looking for experienced customer service officers / administrators to start on Monday 14th January 2019 on a 4 week minimum contract. 

The role:

  • Managing inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Liaising with service teams to arrange towing of vehicles
  • Working with assessors and internal stakeholders to progress claims
  • Responding to queries from clients with excellent customer service
  • Database Management
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks

About you:

  • Previous experience working in a phone based customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to interview and start immediately
  • Able to commit to minimum 4 week contract
