ParticipantMate, I was in the exact same boat last year. I’d come home from work and barely make it up the stairs without my feet screaming at me. I went through the whole cycle of trying different insoles from the chemist, stretching routines, even fancy shoes – nothing really fixed it. Finally, I bit the bullet and got proper custom orthotics. Absolute game changer. It’s not just about comfort, they actually correct how you stand and move, which makes a massive difference long-term. If you’re curious, check this out https://podiatricdoc.com.au/services/custom-orthotics/ they’ve got all the info laid out in plain English. I honestly wish I hadn’t waited so long.

ParticipantHey folks, I’ve been tossing up the idea of getting glass pool fencing installed at our place in Brisbane. My missus reckons it’ll make the backyard look way more modern and keep the kids safe, but I’m a bit unsure. Is it really as practical as people say? I’ve heard mixed things – like, it looks fantastic but you’re forever cleaning fingerprints and water spots. Also, not sure if it’s as sturdy as aluminium or timber. Anyone here gone down the glass fencing route and can share what it’s like day to day? I don’t wanna spend a fortune only to regret it a year later.

ParticipantMate, I was in the exact same boat last year. We had a pool put in and I hesitated on glass because I thought it’d be a pain to keep clean. Honestly? Best decision we made. The panels are tough as nails, so no worries about sturdiness, and the backyard looks a million bucks now – really opens up the space. Cleaning’s not bad either, bit of warm water and vinegar once in a while and you’re good. We went through these guys and they were legends – tidy job and decent price https://fullflexfencing.au/services/glass-pool-fencing/
