  • Based in Fannie Bay Darwin - Training provided
  • Excellent hourly rates starting at $33.37 per hour + Super + Penalties
  • Tuesday to Saturday - rotating roster between 8am and 6pm - NO SUNDAYS!
Our client is one of Australia's largest betting agencies and due to expansion of their business, we are seeking individuals who can deliver world class service and thrive in a busy and fast environment. 

This is a HIGH VOLUME call centre and we are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment. 

What we require you to have, is a strong customer service background coupled with a high level of resilience and an enthusiastic nature
You will need to have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical reasoning and PC navigation
  • Previous call centre experience is essential 

 You will need to be available to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 6pm Tuesday to Saturday and these roles are ONGOING with a potential to go perm.

You must be available to work everyday Saturday and Melbourne Cup Day.

With onsite parking and easily accessible by public transport, these roles are going to move quickly. 

As you will be working within the Gaming industry, successful candidates are required to complete a full Probity check.
