  • Bella Vista Office - 2 days at home & 3 days in the office!
  • 6 month fixed term contract - Parking onsite - close to public transport
  • Rotating roster between 6:30am - 7:00pm Mon to Fri & occasional Sat

What You’ll Do

As part of our client’s Transport Customer Service Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational support across transport functions, ensuring smooth delivery experiences for customers and partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat enquiries related to deliveries
  • Track deliveries and provide clear updates to customers
  • Assist with common issues such as delivery delays, returns, and claims
  • Liaise with transport partners and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Follow set procedures and escalate more complex issues when required
  • Keep customer records updated using internal systems
  • Provide friendly, professional, and reliable customer service at all times

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a customer support or operational role within transport, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A calm, professional approach to handling challenging situations and a focus on delivering consistent outcomes.
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions and find root causes before resolving issues.
  • Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage requests, disputes, or escalations.
  • A reliable and proactive work ethic, with a passion for providing excellent service.
