About the role:
The role will see you interacting with customers and dealing with product or order related enquiries:

• Order processing from both online and over the phone
• General product and order enquiries 
• Pricing and quoting enquiries 
• Enquires around logistics and providing ETAs 

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills 
• A great attitude and problem solving skills
• Proven experience within customer service or admin
• The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail
