To coordinate the Marketing as well as support sales activities. Oversee all marketing collateral and activities, support the sales team, increase brand awareness and monitor marketing targets.
Ensure all marketing is aligned with the company values and branding guidelines. 

 Coordinate the implementation and execution of a strategic marketing plan to increase sales for the business.
 Assist to establish and build relationships with existing and new marketing agencies/suppliers.
 Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute toward marketing ideas/strategy to changing market trends.
 Reviewing and providing insights into all display homes including design trends and new display home fitouts.
 Monthly reporting on results from marketing activities.
 Co-ordinating, tracking and implementing the marketing budget
 Daily Tasks including, but not limited to, social media responses and posting, live chats, analytics, EDMS (as well as writing of content)
 Reviewing and reporting on advertisements on realestate.com.au, Domain, I-build new, Social Media and company website (also ensuring compliance to company branding/profile)
 Work with external marketing consultants and coordinate market research in order to generate and maintain an innovative marketing strategy with new ideas that will generate more leads and increase sales to continually meet targets
 Monitor CRM and the effective communication with the database
 Monitor and report on the level of customer service within Meridian Homes
 Assist in the marketing requirements of all display homes and ensuring they are always presentable.

 Co-ordination of Handover gifts to clients as well as photography of home
 Planning of relevant social events to assist in increasing employee engagement and work satisfaction
 Preparation and submission of Industry Awards
 Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager as required

  Technical Skills
 Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
 Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
 Proficient with CMS and website
 Know the basics on how to read house floorplans
 Knowledge in Home building industry
