Backpackers up in Smoke

Many backpackers will be up in smoke for a different reason but this Sydney Hostel caused a mass evacuation of the reported 35 patrons that were staying there last week. Approximately 7-8 fire trucks arrived in front of the Parramatta road backpackers hostel in Concord, with two patrons being being taken to hospital for burns and smoke inhalation. Second Sydney Airport Confirmed

After years and years of speculation and indecisiveness the Australian government has confirmed that their will be a second Airport to be built in Sydney. Construction will commence in 2016 at the Badgery Creek site, 56km west of the Sydney CBD. Billions of dollars and some 60,000 jobs are expected to recreated from the airport development by 2050, which has the in-principle support of Labor. ( opposition government) While this may not necessarily mean cheaper international flights, we’re certain it will bring down cost for domestic flights, similar to what avalon did in Melbourne.
