We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman/Carpenter to join our team in North Sydney.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman/Carpenter to join our team in North Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work, including repairs, installations, and maintenance of school buildings and furniture.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs in areas of plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with any other general duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and general maintenance work (minimum of 3 years preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Own tools and transport (preferred but not essential).
Desirable:
- Trade qualification in carpentry or a related field.
