About the Role 
As a Multi skilled operator, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Bulk material handling – loading, moving, and spreading soil, gravel, road base, and sand.
• Trenching and backfilling – assisting with service trenches for electrical, communications, and drainage.
• Site clean-up and maintenance – clearing debris, spoil, and waste to keep work areas safe and tidy.
• Pad and access track preparation – levelling and compacting ground for solar panel rows, inverters, and site roads.
• Operating attachments – using buckets, forks, augers, or brooms depending on site requirements.

what We’re Looking For: 

• previous experience as a skid steer operator / telehandler / forklift 
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card.
• Skid steer ticket, (telehandler and forklift desirable also)
• Availability to start ASAP
